The Future Leaders Forum
An immersive 9-12 month leadership program for high potential, future C-Suite leaders.
Get your leading talent ‘C-Suite Ready’ as early as possible while discovering what they are truly capable of. This program is an investment in retaining and developing your leading talent, and expanding their thinking beyond their role and remit.
Through the Future Leaders Forum, Belinda will take your Future Leaders through an immersive experience, learning from a team of handpicked experts.
The program is integrated into the business, giving your participants a project to work on as a team across the year, culminating with a final presentation to a C-Suite or board panel.
Over the course of the program, participants will learn through:
real world application
executive coaching support from Belinda
internal mentor support
online learning support
webcast group mentoring sessions.
Participants will also be guided through their strengths, so they develop clarity on their style of leadership, whilst also provoking thought on the legacy they want to create, developing executive presence and ultimately, learning how to lead themselves. This program will ‘undo’ the corporate programming that sees leaders using unnecessary jargon and death by PowerPoint, to be true leaders able to connect and work with others across the organisation, to deliver a business case that challenges the thinking of those at the top.

Case Study: Icon Group
Icon Group is a global organisation, based in Australia, providing cancer care services into Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Established in 2015, their mission is to deliver the best cancer care possible, to as many people as possible, as close to home as possible.
They are unique in providing medical oncology, radiation oncology, haematology, pharmacy, and chemotherapy compounding in an end-to-end seamless service for cancer patients and employ over 3,000 people globally.
THE NEED
Icon Group began with the vision of several founders, spearheaded by Stuart Giles and Cathie Reid. With the rapid growth of the organisation under the leadership of Group CEO Mark Middleton, they were keen to leave a legacy that embraced the spirit and culture of the founders, whilst recognising that the organisation needed to continue to grow and evolve as it globalised. With this need to ensure an ongoing strong organisational culture, they recognised the need for developing their future leaders.
THE SOLUTION
Working with Icon Group, Belinda developed a 12-month leadership program consisting of a mix of virtual training, group mentoring and individual executive coaching that also engaged the executive leadership team and key investment partners. Based around the themes of learning, leverage and legacy, each participant works across the year on their own unique leadership style, whilst working with team members collectively to leverage the strengths of each other to deliver a business case presentation.
Each year a cohort of leaders is selected and work in teams to work on and present a project at the end of the year, preparing them for engaging and presenting a business case through:
connecting with others across the organisation globally
thinking differently and at a group-wide level; and
gaining real-life experience of presenting to a panel of executives.
THE RESULTS
In its first year, the Founders Forum for Future Leaders 2019 delivered epic results, with teams presenting projects that delivered tangible results for patients, profit and planet. The program saw every participant grow exponentially in their own leadership maturity, while also growing their networks inside and outside the organisation.
Now in its fourth year, the program has become a sought-after opportunity with applicants needing to apply to be selected. It is the chance for significant personal and professional growth.
Not only is it increasing the leadership capacity and capability of its future leaders, it is also increasing the engagement, resilience and connection of leaders from varying function areas, across different geographic spheres. These leaders are also gaining valuable skills while being tasked to think critically and work collaboratively at a group-wide level, around often complex organisational challenges.
Just the ticket for a path to being C-Suite Ready in the future
