Executive Coach | Author | Speaker | GAICD Leadership Change Agent

With nearly 20 years in senior leadership roles, navigating the politics and complexities that come with the territory, I can genuinely say, I’ve ‘been there’.

And, while I left my corporate career over a decade ago, the truth is, I’ve never left the C-Suite.

As a PCC-accredited executive coach with more than 2200 hours of paid coaching under my belt, my professional life is still spent very much in the thick of the real-life challenges that executives face each day.

Nowadays, my role is more of ‘trusted confidante’ and change agent. For C-Suite leaders and executive teams, having someone in their corner who gets what they’re going through, is worth its weight in gold.

I understand what it takes to cut through, having led marketing and sales strategy for more than 60 well-known brands across my corporate career at News Limited, Urban Pacific, AVJennings and Mirvac. In my time at Mirvac, I was responsible for projects worth more than $1.5 billion in revenue, large teams across multiple disciplines, and multi-million-dollar budgets through the global financial crisis.

I understand the pressures that come with being part of an executive team and what it takes to overcome the overwhelm to lead with clarity, courage and, most importantly, conviction. Especially when there is no linear path forward.

And now, having worked with hundreds of leaders and executive teams across the business spectrum, each with their own unique challenges and goals, I bring the benefits of a bigger picture perspective, helping to create space for better conversations, real change and brave decisions.

As one of Australia’s very first Gallup Strengths Coaches and with advanced training in NeuroLeadership and conversational intelligence, I deliver programs that are grounded in science as well as lived experience.

And as a volunteer and investor in The Hunger Project Australia, co-facilitating life-changing Leadership Immersion programs to India, Senegal, Malawi and Uganda, I have seen what it truly means to lead change.

It’s inspiring to say the least.

Now more than ever, leaders have a responsibility to find the delicate balance between steadying their state and making rapid progress in unfamiliar waters.

Seeing leaders and organisations disrupt their default ways of operating, to find a clearer path ahead, and realise they can still thrive in uncertainty is why I do what I do.

Let’s chat.

CASE STUDY

Icon Group is a global organisation, based in Australia, providing cancer care services into Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Established in 2015, their mission is to deliver the best cancer care possible, to as many people as possible, as close to home as possible.

Working with Icon Group, Belinda developed a 12-month leadership program consisting of a mix of virtual training, group mentoring and individual executive coaching that also included the founders of the organisation and the executive leadership team.

Not only is it increasing the leadership capacity and capability of its future leaders, it is also increasing the engagement, resilience and connection of leaders from varying function areas, across different geographic spheres.

“We have worked with Belinda for a major virtual event, as well as a more intimate webinar. In both instances, Belinda was responsive, adaptable, a natural with technology, proactive and highly professional. She was engaging, down to earth and above all, she made us look good!! We would highly recommend Belinda as a speaker, either in person or in a virtual capacity.”
