Next Level Leadership


Through Next Level Leadership, Belinda will take your Future Leaders through an immersive experience, engaging your own leaders and key stakeholders as part of the process.  There are different program options based on your needs, and Belinda can adjust the branding and delivery pending your organisation's focus and location. Be it face-to-face, virtual or hybrid for international delivery, Belinda has you covered.  

The immersive program option is integrated into the business, giving participants a project to work on as a team across 9-12 months, culminating with a final presentation to a panel of Executives, Board members or even your investment partners.

Throughout the program, participants learn through a blend of the following:

Participants will also be guided through their CliftonStrengths by Gallup, so they develop clarity on their leadership style whilst also provoking thought on the legacy they want to create, developing executive presence and ultimately, learning how to lead themselves first. This program will ‘undo’ the corporate programming that sees leaders using unnecessary jargon and death by PowerPoint, to be leaders able to connect and work with others across the organisation, to deliver a business case that challenges the thinking of those at the top.  All, whilst establishing solid foundations in self-awareness, social intelligence, emotional intelligence, strategy and influence.
